Returns & Shipping
Returns
- We have a 30-Day Return & Exchange policy, once you receive your order
- To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must remain in original condition, be unworn or unused, include original tags, and remain in its original packaging. A proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) will also be needed.
- Due to the nature of custom made-to-order items, all custom orders are non-refundable and final sale. No exchanges or returns.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact sales@44thecompany.com. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will take 5-7 business days to process. Please keep in mind we do not cover return shipping.
Shipping
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days unless stated otherwise. Once you order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
- An incomplete or incorrect shipping address can result in your parcel returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss items is to be covered by the customer.
- We are not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. If shipping issues occur, please email sales@44thecompany.com so we can try to help you resolve them.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact sales@44thecompany.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
